When it comes to sourcing ingredients, we always source seasonal, local produce and we only ever work with professional and passionate suppliers.

Our meat is supplied by our local butcher, W.H.Frost in Chorlton who sources the best British and Welsh lamb and beef as well as beautiful free range chickens from Cheshire farms.


We receive our fruit and vegetable deliveries daily directly from Cheshire farm shops and Smithfield produce market in Manchester.

Fish comes directly from Fleetwood, supplied by Out Of The Blue fishmongers, also in Chorlton.


Our pizza dough and breads are always made daily in The Nomad Kitchen, using high grade white flour and 0 preservatives.
